We participated in the Shanghai Real Estate Exhibition – LPS Shanghai (https://shanghai.lps-china.com/) held at the Shanghai Exhibition Center in China from December 8th to December 10th, 2023. LPS, known as Asia’s Leading Luxury Property Show, featured over 140 exhibitors from more than 35 countries, drawing a crowd of over 6,000 visitors from around the world, including a significant number from the United Arab Emirates and China.

Many of the exhibiting companies primarily focused on condominium towers, and there were several real estate agencies with a strong presence in Asia, boasting robust real estate portfolios and extensive client networks. As there were fewer developer companies present, it allowed for heightened attention to the properties they showcased.

Many of the visitors were of Chinese nationality, with a significant interest in real estate for reasons such as relocation and studying abroad. Additionally, there were customers exploring real estate for investment purposes, including those looking for properties suitable for guesthouses.

       

We performed as a developer, showcasing our newly constructed apartment building, ‘Excelsior Yoyogi Koen-Mae.’ Our primary focus was on promoting this property, and the keywords ‘Japan’ and ‘Shibuya’ captured the interest of the attendees. Over the course of three days, we had the opportunity to introduce the property to more than 200 prospective customers.

Excelsior Yoyogi Koen-Mae, priced at 1.298 billion Yen(Approx.US$8,630,000) with a yield of 3.5%.

Many visitors to our booth were individuals looking to reside in Japan, and we received numerous questions not only about the properties but also inquiries regarding visa acquisition. We were fortunate to welcome Chinese visitors to Japan and could arrange property viewings as per their requests.
