Our Company Exhibited at the 2025 Kansai Expo
— Over 700 Visitors Experienced Our VR Showcase —
From September 26 to 28, our company participated in the 2025 Kansai Expo, presenting an immersive VR experience that allowed visitors to explore the future of real estate and hospitality through cutting-edge technology.
The booth, themed around the fusion of real and digital lifestyles, attracted strong attention, welcoming a total of 713 visitors over three days.
We showcased three main content series:
- RealPro Series – A luxury residential brand featuring fully furnished, high-end interiors recreated in CG. Visitors experienced the elegance of “refined living from the moment you move in,” a concept that resonated deeply through immersive VR design.
- GLOBAL DESIGN PREMIUM Series – Our original luxury hotel brand incorporating world-renowned high-end labels. Each room was designed with unique themes to achieve the highest level of comfort and aesthetics. Visitors praised it as “a luxury experience beyond reality.”
- ENT TERRACE ASAKUSABASHI VR – A real hotel captured in full 360° video, allowing guests to explore the property virtually as if they were there. Many expressed being “so impressed they wanted to book a stay immediately.”
Visitor numbers grew steadily — 192 on Day 1, 265 on Day 2, and 256 on Day 3 — making the booth a vibrant hub for showcasing our company’s vision of the Real × Digital experience.

Insights from Visitors
Feedback highlighted both enthusiasm and constructive ideas:
Visitors praised the realism, visual clarity, and intuitive interaction — “It felt like being there in person,” “The immersion was stunning.”
Design comments such as “beautiful interiors,” and “the atmosphere feels truly high-end,” reinforced our brand concept. Some also suggested refinements like “consistent color coordination” and “showing room dimensions.”
Future Vision
Through this Expo, we reaffirmed our mission: to evolve beyond hotels into luxury living and investment experiences, delivering the highest level of design, immersion, and comfort.
By merging real and digital technologies, we will continue to develop innovative property experiences that connect people with the next generation of lifestyle design — in Japan and beyond.
